Summer Fun
means putting on the bathing suit
and hitting the pool or the beach.

But remember safety comes first, so don't forget the sunscreen, take some swimming lessons if you aren't a strong swimmer at your community pool or some private ones with a friend.


Swimming is not only a great way to cool off on a hot day but also a great activity to keep the body in shape so if you are 6 to 101 jumping in the pool and exercising is great for the body.


All stressed out and hot? There is another reason to jump into the water! Swim a few laps and then float! Floating is a great way to relax and relieve some stress!


And don't forget the Pool Games: Marco Polo, Water Volleyball, Water Basketball are all great fun in the pool.


So jump in and have a great summer.
